What’s your body’s greatest weakness?
If you’re over 35, your bones and joints aren’t what they used to be. And exercising only on weekends put them at risk of injury. The good news is you can reduce that risk by exercising at least 30 minutes every day. If necessary, you can split this into 10-or 15-minute segments. As always, stretch and warm-up for several minutes before any exercise session, and wear appropriate shoes and safety gear.
