
Will they think it’s as much fun once they learn it’s actually good for them?
Once they set their minds to it, being a kid can be a pretty healthy occupation. Video games aside, normal activities like running and jumping are great ways for kids to build healthy bones. Which is important. Because childhood is the only window kids have to achieve “peak-bone mass” as adults. But don’t tell them that. Or, the only thing they’ll be trying to increase is their Astro Blaster score.
