Research shows that the health benefits are significant, and the amount of exercise a person gets, beginning in childhood, affects your bones, muscles, joints, mental outlook, learning ability, behavior, weight, and may even affect the length of your life. According to recent statistics, a startling 300 million people worldwide are obese, and a whopping 750 million are overweight. And the problem begins in childhood. Men, women and children need weight-bearing, daily physical activity to promote maximum orthopaedic health.
