Prevent Injuries America!® Booth

Available for Local Events

The Academy's Public Media Relations Department has developed a stand-alone booth to assist in promoting the comprehensive national injury prevention program, Prevent Injuries America!® for State and Specialty Societies. The PIA booth may be used to help promote local orthopaedic state societies, and/or can be used in any other creative way. View more sample booths.

The very successful PIA program encompasses injury prevention activities, helps increase the visibility of orthopaedics nationwide, establishes orthopaedic surgeons as the experts in musculoskeletal injury prevention issues, and helps position them in their communities as physicians who care.

The PIA booth is an excellent tool to help highlight injury prevention messages in your local communities. The booth can be used at special events, meetings, lectures, seminars, and trade shows. The booth is easily assembled and is equipped with several interchangeable color panels focusing on patient safety, children's bone health, injury prevention, advancements in orthopaedics, and the importance of daily exercise. The attractive booth is stylish, lightweight and compact.

The booth is free to use on a first-come, first served basis and can be reserved for up to a month's time in advance. All shipping charges incurred to and from the Academy are the responsibility of the organization using the booth.
