Vacancy Application Form Qualified members can:

 All Members (Note: Not all member categories will be eligible for each position)
Candidate Evaluation Form Evaluation and Acceptance of Candidate Committee Chairperson
Candidate Evaluation - Applicants Chairperson of the committee with a vacancy can view a list of applicants and then review and rate each candidate. Committee Chairperson
Candidate Summary and Acceptance Form Chairperson of the committee with a vacancy can review his/her ratings and comments and then accept a candidate for the vacancy.

This acceptance will send an E-mail message to the staff liaison of the committee. The staff liaison will then prepare an acceptance letter for the chosen candidate and will notify all other applicants of the decision.

Note: The Committee on Committees is overseeing the Volunteer Vacancy Application and Evaluation process until they are certain that all are in full compliance with what is required.

Annual Evaluation Form - Chairperson After a committee chairperson logs into this screen, a list of all committee members will be displayed. The chairperson can then complete and submit an evaluation form for each member. Committee Chairperson
Annual Evaluation Form - Committee and Council Members After a committee member logs into this screen, he can complete and submit an evaluation form for the chairperson.
