I am currently the Chief, Department of Surgery at McDonald Army Health Center, Ft. Eustis, VA. I am also the team physician for the US Armed Forces Judo and Soccer teams as well as the custodian for the Military Orthopedic Trauma Registry as well as faculty for the joint AAOS/OTA/SOMOS Extremity War Injuries Research Symposium. I will take over as the Clinical Orthopedic Research, Brooke Army Medical Center in 2009.

I served as part of the Cadet Public Relations Council at the US Military Academy 1992 -1994, Student Affairs council at UCLA School of Medicine 1994-1996, Orthopedic Representative at Brooke Army Medical Center 2000, and US Army Surgeon General's Peer-to-Peer Health Care Recuiting Initiative 2005 - 2008.

Most recently, I participated in the AAOS Diversity Recruitment project. I would appreciate the priviledge to continue to represent the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons at any and every opportunity.
