I have been in practice in Indianapolis for 20 years with a specialty practice of Hip and Knee reconstructive surgery. I am in a large 70 physician Musculoskeletal/Orthopedic practice (Ortho Indy). We have 8 offices in the greater Indianapolis area, with 2 surgery centers, imaging, physical therapy, and a 42 bed Orthopedic Specialty hospital. I am the past president of Ortho Indy, and current Director of the Total Joint Center at our hospital. I previously served as the Director of Joint Implant Service at Methodist hospital and the local Tissue Bank. My research interests have included hip and knee arthroplasty and related topics and health care economics in orthopedic surgery. I am on the Health Care Policy committee of the AAHKS, and am a consultant with Depuy Orthopedics. I serve on the Board of Directors of Ortho Indy, the Depuy Leadership council, and Advisory board of Visible Assets, Inc. of Miami, Fl. I have presented numerous papers and posters at Annual AAOS Meetings and several Instructional courses. I offer resident and fellowship training in Hip and Knee reconstructive surgery and remain active in local, state, and national Orthopedic societies including Mid America, Clinical Orthopedic Society, AAOS, AAHKS, and the Indiana State Orthopedic Association.
